Driver's License at age 18 {months}

"It is really okay to ride with me. I have seen mom and dad do this for 18 months."

"Really...I do know how to drive. No Comments or I will have to bite your nose."

"Now that it is started...I need to turn on the lights."

"Am I doing okay?" I haven't hit anyone yet.

"My mom laughs at my dad when he drives too!!!"

"Opps I didn't turn on the air conditioning for the kids in the back."

"I saw that stop sign...but there was no cop. No Cop...No Stop"

"Are you getting out so soon? We just got going."

Erik has decided that driving is the best thing in the world and so he has been practicing a lot. Yesterday, during church since we are in the pre-nursery month, I took him outside to keep him occupied during the third hour.

God Jul - 2007

After the kids had put out the Reindeer food which was after our wonderful feast the neighbor called and asked Pappa for some help in moving some furniture on Christmas Eve. It appears, according to the pictures, that Tomten came during the time Pappa was out helping the neighbors move their furniture.

All the kids had a great evening. Erik got his own little vaccumm cleaner and some animals that pop up and down. JoJo got a doll and playmobile house and a cassette player from Santa. Alexander got what he wanted from Santa in a Game Boy Advance. I think it was one of the last Game Boy Advances that Santa's elves have made. Emma got a DS that she had asked Santa for as well and Hans got some sweaters. All of the kids had a great time and enjoyed their presents.

The evening at home capped a morning that had started at 7 AM when we went shopping and bought the stuff for our 'Family Service Project.' We then delivered the presents to the two sets of homeless and got home about 1130 AM.

All of the kids, even JoJo, said that the best part of the day was in the AM helping the homeless folks that we went and helped.

It was a great day had by all. I have put up almost 50 photos...okay maybe some overkill but for all of you that read tihs from around the world you can have some fun whilst not being here.

For the last 3 weeks or so Erik has gone around the town saying 'Ho Ho Ho' and then we would say that and he would repeat etc. Although he did not want to go sit with Santa as the gifts were being given out he did give a big 'Ho Ho Ho.' In the picture with his mouth wide open Erik is saying 'Ho Ho Ho.'
