Hans has been taking Karate for about 2 months now. Last Saturday there was an advancement test and ceremony with the Grand Masters from the SouthEast Region in attendance and presenting of the awards.
Hans has worked hard not only learning the moves but also the Korean words to go along with those moves. So the instructor issues commands in Korean and then the students must execute.
Hans has done very well with this and it has been great for him and his body.
