In Case of Fire - Break The Ice

This is what happens when you place the fire extinguisher {according to Websters dictionary a fire extinguisher is a noun: a portable or wheeled apparatus for putting out small fires by ejecting extinguishing chemicals} in snow and then the snow melts and freezes and water flows from the mess tent that is set up. If there had been an actual fire, this fire extinguisher would be of no use to anyone. The wheels and the bsae are fronzen in the ice and it cannot be moved. We tried to move it yesterday before the mess tent leaked more water but we were told to exit the 'secure area' within the secure area. This is some kensington lock.
